Product Management

When your Product is in fact a Tech enabled Service

Most Products are something the customers directly use and operate themselves, however when your product itself is the service provided to the customers, the game changes significantly. The customer is not purchasing a "widget" or a technology, or portal, or automation, but the service itself.. and organization have Service teams. So what becomes the role of the PM ? How does the PM help define the service itself AND the technical components of the client journey.

This topic is unique because it offers insight into how product management and services can blend together and how it adds complexity by adding 2 sets of consumers - internal and external customers.
