VR-Powered Agile, Enhancing Remote Team Collaboration.
When working with a remote team, the challenge of fostering seamless collaboration among dispersed teams has never been more pressing.
I led several initiatives to use Virtual Reality (VR) tools to enhance remote work. In this presentation, I'd explore the transformative potential of VR technology in bridging geographical divides and creating immersive, interactive environments for remote teams, specifically in hosting interactive Product Management workshops.
In my presentation, I'd like to share some of the Product Management and Agile Development activities that can be facilitated in VR, some tools and programs that work well, along with some challenges we encountered.
I'll share real-world case studies, best practices, and practical tips to unlock the full potential of VR for your distributed teams.
