New session proposals go into the v-sessions collection. Be default, they have NO eventcode so they show up on the Proposed sessions page. You can use the Finalist flag to indicate which ones have been selected. Add an eventcode to assign them to an active conference, which will remove them from proposed and put them on the agenda.
