Your Product, Inside Claude & ChatGPT: Building for AI App Marketplaces
Your customers already ask Claude and ChatGPT to do their work. Both now have app stores, and products can show up inside the chat with real UI, not just an API connection. Most teams are either ignoring this or trying to cram their whole app in.
This session is about what's worth building there. I'll show products running inside Claude and ChatGPT, walk through a simple way to decide which jobs belong in the chat (read your data, take an action, show interactive UI), and share what we shipped and what broke building our own apps for both.
If you skip this, your customers' workarounds or a competitor will decide how your product shows up in AI. You'll leave with one job from your own product worth building in the chat, a checklist for a good in-chat experience, and three steps to prototype it next week.
