I will share a presentation on 5 steps to building your target market playbook. examples: 1. if you don't have a niche market - your business will fail 2. how to avoid trying to be everything to everyone 3. when you've developed your target market - they will lead you to what to do next. i.e. they'll tell you how to build a better product or service specifically for them 4. develop that playbook and you can expand into other markets using the same methodology. 5. keep your revenue stream simple

Hello! My name is Sarah Davis, I'm the founder of Traction IQ - a sales & revenue strategy company for early stage startups. It was always my dream to be an entrepreneur and saw an opportunity while working at a startup in NYC.
