Unleashing the Power of Generative AI in Product Management: Transforming the Way We Build Products
Generative AI, fueled by advancements in machine learning and natural language processing, has the potential to revolutionize the way we approach product development and management. It empowers product managers with cutting-edge tools and techniques that can augment their decision-making processes, spark creativity, and drive successful outcomes.
In this 20-minute presentation, we will dive into my experience as a product manager for legal software, focusing on how design thinking principles were applied to develop a user-friendly chatbot for contract management and legal request management. By exploring this real-world case study, we will uncover the power of design thinking in creating innovative and intuitive solutions in the legal tech industry using Generative AI. Throughout the presentation, we will emphasize the iterative nature of design thinking and the importance of user feedback in refining and optimizing the chatbot. We will also touch upon the strategies employed to ensure data privacy and compliance with legal regulations.
By the end of this session, attendees will gain insights into the practical application of design thinking to optimize the integration of Generative AI.
