AI and Data Science

Relentless Iteration: When Code is Cheap, Product is Everything

When AI makes building nearly free, the old rules for product development start to break. If an idea costs a day instead of a quarter, you stop protecting it, and you can finally be honest about whether it's worth keeping.

This past summer I set myself a constraint: build and ship one digital product a day. Sixty builds later, one of them, Bubble Planet, became a real App Store product. I didn't plan my way there. I built my way there.

In this session, I'll share what I learned about working in an environment where output is abundant and attention is scarce. We'll cover how iteration changes your relationship to failure, how reusable patterns emerge from volume, and why the real work shifts from building to choosing what deserves to be taken seriously.

You'll leave with:
    •    A framework for deciding what to keep, kill, or promote when building is cheap
    •    Ways to turn rapid experiments into reusable assets
    •    A clearer view of where product judgment matters most when code is abundant

Founder

Never Stop Creating

Greg is a visual artist, builder, and relentless tinkerer. Through Never Stop Creating, LLC, he makes physical and digital things in public and keeps making them better, shipping, learning from what people do with them, and iterating again. Some of what he builds is playful, some is practical, and all of it is a work in progress.

He is an alum of the Rhode Island School of Design. Greg serves on the board of Artspace Raleigh and writes The Human Thread, a Substack about creativity and being present. By day he leads decision science at MERGE, where he turns data into strategy.
