Interview Questions Best Practices
Did you know that most people who are being interviewed will answer a question even if they don't know the answer, just to please the interviewer? Did you know that the words you use when you ask a question can influence the answer you get back? Did you know that "leading the witness" is not unique to court situations? In this interactive session you will learn how to ask questions in the right way, so that you can get the truth from your customers.

Melissa has been doing software product management for about 15 years and before that she worked on physical products. Her favorite question to ask is "What is the problem we're trying to solve?" and she strongly believes that a problem well defined is a problem half solved. She currently works at Wayfair where she leads a team that's helping to build the future of retail fulfillment.
