Getting Hired: Nailing the Product Case Study for any PM Interview
Product Management Case studies are one of the most important presentations you give during the PM interview process. It tells the hiring team if the candidate is capable of communicating effectively, understands the product and its industry, and solves the case with strong product rigor. In this session, I want to teach PM candidates how to prepare and structure their case studies, how to present their ideas, and answer those tough follow up questions to nail the interview and get the job. Having been through numerous interviews from major Silicon Valley companies, I have the know-how to create a standout case study to really impress the hiring committee.

Hi, I’m Nicholas, a product manager who finds interesting use cases and problems to tackle. I’ve been thrown into difficult situations where adaptability and thinking with reason are crucial for survival. This includes my time at Adobe launching a redesigned support forum or building a new web experience for a freelancer marketplace product at Koder. I focus on customers' needs to truly build functional products that are used by the masses. My areas of expertise include the following verticals: marketplaces, education, and recruiting.
