Product Management
Avoiding AI Pricing Pitfalls
While the growth of AI and software-enabled solutions generates momentum, growth alone is not enough to ensure sustainability. The probability of product success dramatically improves with early planning for profitability. A sustainable business model for AI contains a system of interrelated choices made not once but over time. Join this session for an introduction to Profit Stream™ design, an iterative approach to ensuring solution, economic and relationship sustainability. We’ll explore how to avoid AI pricing pitfalls to identify value exchange choices that enable a profitable pricing model. You’ll receive a set of templates to apply for your AI solution.
