Agent-Native Apps: Rethinking What We Build
For thirty years, product managers have asked what users see and click. That question is incomplete now. Increasingly, the "user" is an AI agent acting for a person, and it doesn't use your interface. It uses your structure. I'll make the case that software needs AI/UX, a deliberate design layer for agents alongside the human one, and demo how I'm approaching it with agent-native apps, using ConferenceOS as the working example.
