As CEO and Head of Product at UserVoice, Matt Young is overseeing the next evolution of the core UserVoice product. He joined UserVoice in 2015 as VP of Engineering, bringing with him a history of engineering team leadership in SaaS enterprise software. In 2020, he took over as the organization’s product leader and CEO. Previously, Matt was VP of Engineering at Help.com and CTO of Vodori, where he ran engineering disciplines and assisted in overall product and company growth.
