I started the APLS Group organization on July 1,2000 and we have grown to a team of 14 using the freelanced model. Business development and relationship management are a large part to how the business has grown. We use a consultative approach and cultivate 15-20 different clients per year in the areas of training, consulting and coaching. It requires innovation and continuous improvement.
