Dr. Chris Hitch has devoted more than 35 years in line and staff leadership roles. Coming out of a blend of public education, private industry, and government service, he served in six different general manager roles in four different industries.
 
Chris has led strategy, leadership, and innovation workshops for over 8,700 aspiring, emerging, and operational leaders around the country. He led the public service and private sector executive development programs for UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School for 7 years, working with over 1,100 C-suite leaders from multiple industry sectors throughout the United States.

In 2017, he began a second career, serving as an adjunct professor for multiple top business schools, including NC State’s Poole College of Management. He also launched a boutique management education firm, focusing on strategy, leadership, and innovation.

Dr. Hitch won awards from both NC State University and UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School for service to the community.
