Seven Winning Revenue Models and Choosing the Right One
A revenue model lays out how a company makes money. It addresses everything from its value proposition, revenue source(s), pricing, and how the customers will pay. Revenue models help companies manage their income streams and are a crucial component of a complete business model. Choosing the optimal revenue model is not easy, but not getting it right can result in the company's failure. In this presentation, I will share seven very successful revenue models and lay out the criteria for choosing the right one.
